In a rapidly changing world where a myriad of `Big Data’ are available, TNS, the world’s leading data analysis and insights consultancy, has the aspiration to become also the leader in Digital research to deliver an integrated analysis to our clients assembling mobile and social research to the traditional one . This will mean taking a more data agnostic approach to our work where our insights for clients are drawn from a combination of traditional survey data, mobile survey data and non-survey data including social media data and client databases.
This Digital Media Expert will work in a dedicated team of research professionals and will be responsible for an effective execution of digitally oriented research projects. Your main focus will be the opportunities that digital has to offer to our industry and your mission will be to accelerate execution of digital innovation and projects with specific focus on social media analytics.
What will you do:
You will be responsible for the execution and the roll-out of the digital offer developed by TNS Spain.
You will support the TNS´ Business Units in the commercialization of the digital offer.
You will translate your digital know-how into a useful support to the rest of the teams.
You will share your expertise internally being part of the “digital evangelist team” at TNS.
You will maintain intensive contacts within the TNS/Kantar and even the WPP network to monitor the latest developments and organize collaborations.
You will execute digital strategies to achieve client business goal and objectives.
Strong understanding of digital processes and tools.
Digital advocate & current with digital trends/ technology.
Fast learner and high adaptability.
Strategic thinking ability to add value to research results.
High level of English and Spanish native.
Minimun 2 years of experience in a digital agency.
Experience in marketing studies addressing the use of social media.
Used to handle social media monitoring tools (Synthesio, Radian6, Visible Technologies, Tracx, eCairn, etc.) and other digital media platforms (Hootsuite, Twitter/Facebook analytics,…)
Experience in making recommendations on digital marketing / communication strategies.
Experience in Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc).
Desirable experience and training in market research.
Ease of use of computer tools.
