 Purpose of the Role
This is a senior support role. The main purpose being to ensure the smooth running of research projects from commissioning to final presentation. Client service also forms part of the role and SREs are expected to build a strong day to day working relationship with the clients their team services, actively contributing in meetings and presenting results. SREs are independent team members and are expected to take charge of building their technical expertise by supporting and learning from their Account Manager.
 Key Requirements
 Client service at key stages
§ Development of proposals
§ Project management and fieldwork responsibilities
§ Analysis/ Reporting & Presentation
§ Leadership & team responsibilities
§ Interpersonal & Organisational performance
§ Travel to client meetings and fieldwork as and when required (may require local overnight & international travel)
 Key Activities
·         Key member of all proposal writing: RFQs, cost summaries & estimates
·         All project administration tasks: invoicing, briefing, project spend tracking & recons
·         Input to project design including sample, timing plans & methodology design
o    Costings
o    Discussion guide
o    Recruitment Questionnaires
o    Sample plans (with sign off from your AM)
·         Moderating of groups/ in depths/ ethnographies etc
·         Managing fieldwork and supplier relationships
·         Overseeing the logistics arrangement for a project
·         Briefing all teams involved
·         Ensuring that the recruitment supervisor is briefed
·         Analysis input as directed by the AM, field analysis summaries ready for AM post all field
·         Report templates & formatting
·         Key member at all stages of analysis & report writing
·         Presentation preparation
·         Work mainly unsupervised and produce for sign off by line manager
 Requirements
Technical Skills
§  Strong project management skills: multitasking, accurate, thorough, responsive and structured
§  Time Management skills: works independently, good on deadlines and tight timings
§  Attention to detail: quick, accurate, systems oriented structures to cost histories. Must be agile & responsive
§  Advanced English language writing competencies
§  Instrument design: sample plans, screeners, briefing documents, DGs, analysis & reporting

Experience and Qualification Requirements 
§  Minimum 4 years’ qualitative market research experience in a research agency
§  Project management a must
§  Experienced in developing samples and proposals
§  Advanced moderation and fieldwork management
§  Analysis and reporting
§  Minimum 1 year experience on an SRE level
