Research Manager Qual, TNS



Working with senior Qualitative management to achieve profitability and turnover targets across an array of clients through a highly skilled and motivated team that delivers meaningful, value add insights for clients that is profitable and sustainable
Total competency and responsibility for research design, Qual planning and analysis. Leadership responsibility – line management, team and cross-team responsibility
Financial Management and Business Acumen:
Accountable for client sales targets (financial / Key Performance Indicators), so you will need to have a strong busines sense and Strong proficiency in pricing for success and profit
Client Development and Management:
You will Manage development of client account/s, Share relevant industry information/trends with key stakeholders to keep them informed and connected with TNS, you should demonstrate research & marketing expertise to inspire clients and team
Proposals, Project Management, Analysis and Reporting:
You will need to prepare Precision Growth oriented winning proposals and provide insight and thought leadership for team member’s proposals, Present proposals in a confident and competent manner where relevant
People Development & Management:
You will be a Key contact for resource management, Assist in recruitment and development of staff in line with team and company needs.,Selection / recruitment (screen CVs and conduct interviews with HR)
Deliver clear and accurate reports, presentations and proposals
Lead development of account strategy and communication to team
Relevant tertiary education
3-5 yrs experience at Manager or Consultant level in qualitative research role/s
Confident sales/ negotiation/ persuasion skills
High level of business/client understanding and insight
Strong knowledge of marketing, research
