GfK BaCE, part of GfK NOP, has a vacancy in its Customer Experience team. The role will involve supporting an extensive refresh of 2 existing tracking programmes for a major international furniture retailer throughout 2015, most notably through the development of a combined report.
We need someone who is confident, intelligent and meticulous. Key elements of the job are excellent project management skills, to provide data to the client accurately and on time, and to assist in the preparation and delivery of insightful and actionable presentations.
The successful candidate should have all of the usual MS skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ideally should have knowledge of SPSS and other database tools.
The main requirements are:
- Research agency experience, working on/running large scale international quantitative projects (particularly online)
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with internal operations departments to meet deadlines and maintain quality
