This client-facing role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with proven experience and success managing large-scale research programs, including a track record of driving business impact from the research they support. In addition to having full understanding of specific research programs, the Research Director understands market trends and industry developments to help build strategic relationships with the client. Working with the Account Executive, the Research Director identifies business issues, and designs research and analyses that deliver compelling insights and recommendations.

What you will do…
Support client relationships and lead project teams in the Customer Experience Practice Area.
Engage with clients to understand business challenges and research objectives, and report insights and recommendations.
Design questionnaires; formulate analysis and data management plans.
Interpret primary and secondary data; develop insights and reports – creative, compelling deliverables that tell a story.
Manage and develop a team of research and project managers.
What you will need…
At least seven years of marketing research experience that includes significant background in customer experience/loyalty research.
Demonstrated experience in data management, analysis, and a variety of reporting strategies and formats, including PowerPoint, Excel and infographics.
Proven ability to interact collaboratively with clients and team members in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and desktop data reporting tools. Experience with data integration and/or SPSS is a plus.
Experience in mentoring/managing junior staff.
