Research Analyst – Best Practices



Frost & Sullivan is currently looking for Research Analysts to join the Best Practices research team. Reporting to Global Head of BP Research, the incumbent is expected to support the team’s ongoing best practices research to rank global companies and grow to be a creative and innovative thought leader in the team.
About the Role:
The analyst in this position is expected to:
  • Conduct best practices research to rank global companies (primary & secondary research)
  • Become a thought leader in your track of expertise
  • Work with a global team of consultants and analysts
  • Develop presentation and communication skills
  • Communicate in written and spoken English
  • Account for project time and performance metrics
  • Leverage creativity, analysis and innovation
  • Develop interview and probing skills
  • Design new measurement models and surveys
  • Write PR, blogs, articles reflecting thought leadership
  • Works directly with clients on all phases of the client life cycle
  • Create detailed questionnaire to address the research objectives, conduct interviews to obtain greater insight into the relevant issues;
  • Collate and validate the data collected via interviews;
  • Review and analyze research data collected, and prepare PR, blogs, articles with the research and interviews data collected;


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Commerce / Economics/ IT / Computer Science
  • Master of Business Administration is preferred;
  • Experienced with research / consulting firm or handling project management / strategic planning will be an added advantages;
  • 2-3 years’ experience for Research Associate and 4-5 years’ experience for Senior Research Analyst;
  • Desire to work and excel in a highly functional and professional team environment;
  • Superior analytical abilities as well as excellent interviewing and probing skills;
  • Able to make presentation confidently;
  • Good communication in written and spoken English;
  • Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines and following corporate procedures;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows Office programs.
