Regional Solutions Manager – Latin America
Position summary
The purpose of this role is to assist the commercial development of solutions included in all the areas of expertise such as Creative Development, BPP, MAD and Neuroscience.
Time dedication: Yearly will be reviewed accordingly to annual plans priorities. First year: 50% Creative Development / 50% BPP. 
The position can be based in any of the LatAm countries (this is a 6 months secondment)
Responsibilities
Commercial – Marcoms
  • Co-create, follow up and assess regional commercial plans.

  • Support local needs in terms of information, materials, plans and so for.

  • Work in parallel with Marcoms to leverage impact of all campaigns to be developed along the year. Craft/customize marketing, promo and commercial material

Innovations

  • Actively support/coordinatethe new solutions Launches or Kaizen improvements to existing tools

  • Coordinate and lead trainings to CS when necessary and suits

People

  • Communication and networking with be vital to the overall success this role brings to the region. Hence, this role will work very closely with the equivalent sub-regional heads, business development directors, key account leaders and with our Finance and Marketing teams as well as the Global Solutions team

  • Develop and inspire talent by promoting training (Link Academy), Impact stories etc.

Quality & Audit

  • Check in a continuously manner deliverables in order to reassure that all solutions at MB are delivered at the highest quality standards

Candidate profile

  • 6 years market research experience using Creative Development, BPP and MAD solutions.

  • High level of expertise mainly with CD and BPP

  • Experience in implementing new brand and commercial strategies.

  • Experience in go to market with new solutions.

  • A high level of familiarity with the all associated tools in MB

  • Regional expertise and/or multicounty projects

Desirable expertise

  • Media and Digital across Latam region

  • Commercial strategy

  • General knowledge in Marketing plans

  • PR activities, strategies, execution

Education

  • Degree educated

  • Desired: Master degree in Business, Marketing or Strategy preferred

  • High degree of fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish and English. Desirable Portuguese

  • Additional languages an advantage
