We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Qualitative team Firefly in Jeddah, KSA to

  • Ensure the smooth running of research projects from commissioning to final presentation

  • Build a strong day to day working relationship with the clients your team services actively contributing in meetings and presenting results

  • Continually build your technical expertise as a market researcher and apply it to the work you do for your clients

Key responsibilities    
Work mainly unsupervised and produce for sign off by line manager

  • Proposals

  • Project design

  • Costing

  • Discussion guides

  • Recruitment questionnaires

  • Reports / Presentations

  • Manage and carry out all aspects of fieldwork (set up, recruitment, moderation, trouble shooting)

  • Analysis through to a strategic level

  • Present findings to Clients

  • Manage project deadlines

  • Manage cost efficiency of projects

  • Travel to client meetings and fieldwork as and when required (may require occasional overnight trips)

  • Develop and manage more junior members of the team

Key performance measures

Research skills and knowledge         (50%)

  • Customer focus                          (20%)

  • Financial                                     (20%)

  • Contribution to Millward Brown – Innovation, learning and growth           (10%)

Important relationships
Internal

  • Build a strong working relationship with your client service account team

  • Build a strong and mutually respectful relationship with the Quantitative department and other relevant departments within the company

External

  • Develop a strong professional relationship with your clients

  • Be an ambassador for Millward Brown at all times

  • Develop a strong professional relationship with external suppliers

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience

  3 year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, psychology, social sciences

Previous experience of:

  • At least 4 years’ qualitative market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.

  • A passion for brands and advertising is a must, a curiosity as to understand consumer thinking and opinion and a desire to advise clients how to improve their brand’s performance in the market place.

  • Formulating methodology, samples and proposals

  • Moderation and fieldwork management

  • Analysis and reporting

  • Presenting results

  • People management an advantage
