Fixed Term contract (12 MONTHS)
As a Project Support Coordinator you will assist all business units within the market access team in recruiting suitable respondents (advisors) for the market access team to conduct interviews with, in order to obtain their opinions. You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of sources of suitable advisors and build personal rapport with frequently used advisors. You will develop a broad understanding of international healthcare markets and the role of advisors in relation to the pricing of new pharmaceuticals and medical devices. It is highly desirable if you are a fluent English speaker with one or more other European languages.
Main duties:
  • Communicate professionally with existing advisors
  • Identify new advisors and make initial contact
  • Nurture advisor relationships
  • Validate, maintain and build upon our advisor databases
  • Assist project teams in the recruitment of advisors for interview programmes, advisory boards, online survey and workshops
  • Schedule interviews for projects across multiple countries
  • Communicate professionally with advisors and colleagues
  • Manage the advisor relationship from recruitment to payment for the advisor’s time (honorarium)
  • Provide insight and make appropriate advisor recommendations to the project teams
  • Execute tasks efficiently and within given timescale
  • Work as a collaborative team member
  • Operate in full compliance of standard processes, procedures and market research regulations
  • Diligently use all prescribed systems
  • Offer suggestions towards operational improvement
  • Undertake additional duties as required
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
  • University graduate (science degree preferred)
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills
  • Language skills (particularly European languages) would be a bonus
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Prepared to work to tight and immoveable deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Ability to identify and secure new respondents and resources
  • A positive work ethic and a “can do” attitude
