Today, achieving excellence in production operations has become an increasing source of competitive advantage. Are you interested in developing innovative solutions to improve production system performance and jointly implementing them with our clients? Are you looking for a professional environment where you can continually develop your own knowledge and skills? If so this opportunity may be right for you.
As a Maintenance & Reliability Specialist, you will be the engineering or production expert in consultant teams that lead our clients to higher levels of operating performance. You will be instrumental in the analysis of client requirements as well as in the design and implementation of programs to transform clients’ operations, and will develop specific solutions working in close cooperation with client experts and executives. The challenges you will face range from shop-floor improvements to fundamental changes in work processes and information and material flows. In addition to working directly with clients, you will also exchange knowledge with colleagues at the international level and contribute to developing your own and our expertise and refining our approaches in the areas of maintenance and lean production. 
Desired Skills
  • You have deep practical knowledge in the field of maintenance, repairs, and equipment reliability – ideally gained in a process industry, or a similarly capital-intensive sector
  • You are familiar with standard tools for improving maintenance efficiency and effectiveness, e.g., planning and managing maintenance work, preventive and prospective maintenance and equipment care
  • Ideally, you also have experience in implementing improvement programs, such as TPM, and/or Six Sigma
  • You have an excellent university degree, with a technical or business specialization
  • You have outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • You show great initiative and creativity, working well both on your own or in a team
  • You are confident, enthusiastic, and mobile
  • You are able to convince others through your written or spoken communications – in the language of the country where you will work, as well as in English
