Periscope, a McKinsey Solution, is looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong creative drive, great interpersonal skills and strong industry knowledge in Enterprise Software to lead and support our field marketing activities.  This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity to join a global team of passionate entrepreneurs.

 McKinsey Solutions is a fast-growing office. It has developed and deployed over 15 solutions to more than 400 companies over the last 7 years.
Responsibilites:

Reporting to the Periscope Head of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading and supporting the field marketing activities for Periscope. This will include working closely with Periscope Leadership teams, McKinsey Solutions Marketing & Communications experts, and external contractors to further establish Periscope’s brand in external channels and McKinsey internal communities.  

The Marketing Specialist will be in charge of shaping and executing Periscope’s field marketing activities with a strong focus on lead generation and brand awareness. Under the coordination of the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Specialist will support and execute the go-to-market strategies and help improving lead generation for Periscope.

Key responsibilities:
Strategy support:
  • Actively generate leads by identifying external and internal channels to address client segments and developing strategy to penetrate them
  • Identifying opportunities for internal and external visibility (e.g., participating in McKinsey Practice events, training, external conferences; creating visibility across internal media and external Online Channels) and coordinating with different stakeholders to design and execute a high-impact communication plan
  • Segmenting and activating different Periscope communities (i.e., users, industry associations, Online Groups, etc), through regular newsletters, viral campaigns, email campaigns, etc and through social networks or user forums
