Managing Director – Mumbai



 Overall responsibility
  • The Managing Director (MD) has overall responsibility for the overall success and direction of Millward Brown Mumbai.  This includes the management and well being of the company’s staff and clients and achievement of its financial goals.
Key performance indicators
  • Responsibility for one business unit
  • Develop marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve business unit’s goals
  • Achievement and control of annual budget for the operation, including revenue, gross margin operating costs, operating profit and headcount:
    • annual revenue
    • % growth in revenue year on year
    • % increase in operating profit year on year
    • full time employees circa
  • Client satisfaction: constant improvement in measure of ‘truly loyal’ clients as measured via the annual client survey:
  • % improvement year on year
  • Employee satisfaction: constant improvement in measure of ‘truly loyal’ employees as measured via the annual employee survey:
  • %age improvement year on year TBF.
  • Develop talent in all business units.
Personal skills
  • Substantial and proven knowledge of custom market research methodologies and techniques
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Significant understanding and experience in staff development
  • Strong background and experience in P&L management
