HR Specialist – Reporting & Analytics



 The HR Specialist will be an integral part of GfK’s Human Resources Organization, supporting various standardized processes, tools and projects in the area of reporting, compensation& benefits on a local, regional and/or global level.
This role will support in carrying out operational, planning and process oriented tasks in order to secure a timely, accurate execution of transactional HR activities and HR projects. In this role it is essential to review own work for quality and submit deliverables for peer review.
The HR Specialist will take major role in the activities listed below and minor (acting as a backup) for others:

HR Data & Reporting:

  • Consolidation and validation of data and reporting, incl. employee master data
  • Tracking of data quality, monitoring of improvement and follow up activities
  • Maintenance of tables, data and access to HR systems
  • On-going review of organization mapping to global cost center structure
  • Logging of system bugs with internal IT and outside vendors, incl. testing and follow-up
  • Preparation of regular reports

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Preparation of summary files and inventories related to HR processes, audits, analyses and review
  • Salary structure design for hourly or production employees
  • Audits to ensure adherence to budgets, program guidelines and mechanisms
  • Consolidation of data for participation in benchmarking activities, summarize results
  • Other miscellaneous pay research and analyses
  • Maintenance of system information for global processes

      ​·   1+  years relevant experience

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business or related
  • Business Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized and analytical person
  • Pay attention to details and able to multitask
  • Proactive and able to communicate on all levels in the organization
  • Experience in Comp&Ben is strong advantage
