Description


 To lead all HR processes and projects within the entire function that include but is not limited to:
  • Coordinate the performance management process;
  • Deal with GfK Employee engagement initiative to support retention;
  • Lead implementation of local projects;
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company;
  • Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure;
  • Take part in the recruitment and selection process;
  • Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function including process improvement;
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with the relevant government agencies;
  • Fully understand people and skills demand of the business and the people availability on the market;
  • Establish local and adapt group hr practices and procedures for GfK and supervise their implementation and administration.
Requirements

In order to be successful on the role you need:

  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or other related;
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in HR (generalist, compensation and benefits, engagement programs or other);
  • Good knowledge of key HR practices: Legislative environment, Organization & job design, Performance management, Recruitment, Talent management, Compensation and benefits, Employee and Industrial relations, Training and development, employment practices;
  • Ability to problem solve at the root cause level;
  • Ability to perform risk assessment and management;
  • Ability to communicate on all levels in the organization;
  • Understanding of the impact of the people decisions;
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically;
  • Must know how to read and interpret market data and competitive response;
  • Process improvement skills;
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent computer literacy (excel, PowerPoint).

We consider as an advantage:

  • Experience in international environment.
