The person we are looking for:
- Recent experience working in a B2B marketing environment is essential – ideally matrix, complex and global
- Experience managing a multi-skilled team.
- Appreciation of the workings of a client facing organisation covering over 80 countries, and the importance client-facing employees play as a vital marketing channel to our clients.
- Self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to manage different stakeholders with different priorities.
- Strategic thinker, able to effectively manage and plan own work schedule, responding professionally to conflicting and demanding priorities.
- Solid understanding and appreciation of the value and role of market research, the direction the industry is moving in and the benefits for our clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
