Experience, Skills and Knowledge required
To apply for this position you must be a MBA (Marketing / Marketing Research) with a total of 7 plus years of experience in market research for FMCG clients.
Exposure to quantitative research techniques & tools, especially for questionnaire design, research design, preparing a research execution plan is a must.
You should possess the orientation to manage processes for cost and time efficiencies. Along with this, the ability to get the best out of teams by investing in their development and striking the right balance between tasks and relationships is one of the basic requirements of this role.
A proven track record of networking skills which you have leveraged for yourself and your organization and strong communication and interpersonal skills would be preferred.
You will be responsible for achieving growth and managing business financials for your unit. Identifying new business initiatives and leveraging skills across units, building and nurturing strong client relationships and creating an environment that fosters new work / innovations are some of the main responsibilities of this role. You will be required to interact, make presentations to senior / top management of reputed companies, requiring you to be very high on self confidence & also have exposure to the same. Along with these, you will also be responsible for driving thought leadership in teams, developing research capability among team members and developing processes and process improvements for greater time and cost efficiencies. So being up to date with happenings in the industry is essential. To sum up, you have to play the role of a “Trusted Advisor” to the client and also manage a large team of researchers
