–We are looking for a US-based thinker and tinkerer who can help take our digital game to the next level by inspiring us with new ideas and bringing those ideas to market.
–Agency or brand marketing expertise is a must, combined with a passion for and understanding of the power that technology can bring to consumer insights.
–You would be responsible for working with our technology partners to identify new digital methodologies that enhance our ability to help clients:
•Curate human stories and bring segments to life
•Develop meaningfully different brands
•Create great brand communications
–You would also be responsible for discovering new partners and new tools that are seemingly unrelated to qual, and and applying them to our business.
–The ability to “think global” is also a must, as you would be working with global counterparts to roll out new technology around the world.
–We believe it is essential that our digital innovation lead understand and embrace our craft. So, the ability to learn to be a great moderator who can provide sound strategic recommendations to our clients is critical, because this is how we deliver value that transforms brands.
–Sharp communication skills—both spoken and written—are essential ingredients for success, as well as the ability to collaborate within a high-performance culture.
–Ability and desire to share Firefly thought leadership through conference attendance and writing articles for professional journals is also important for this role.
