Mission of the role: 
        The Back office assistant provides support to the team with operational and client reporting tasks.
 
Main responsibilities:Main responsibilities:
·         Managing day-to-day queries;
·         Quality data checks of reports;
·         Market data analysis and interpretation;
·         Maintaining internally the communication flow on technical aspects;
·         Preparing and delivering the market reports to our clients/retailers;
·         Preparing and delivering market presentations to our clients;
·         Data management in Excel and Power Point;
 Requirements
“Must have” knowledge and experience:“Must have” knowledge and experience:

·         Good analytical skills and great with numbers;
·         Excellent attention to detail;
·         Good communication and presentation skills;
·         Able to effectively deliver tasks and projects against deadlines; 
·         Proficiency in MSOffice ( Excel and Power Point);
·         Excellent English – both written and spoken;
 ·         University degree in related area.
