
Description
You’ll develop and maintain smaller client accounts, and take charge of specific areas of larger ones. This will give you wide-ranging responsibilities encompassing research design, planning and analysis as well as team leadership. We’ll look to you for a thorough understanding of the needs of tech/telecoms clients and the challenges they face throughout the region, and for account strategies that deliver results. Importantly, you’ll forge deep, lasting relationships with clients – global brands that appreciate open, honest conversations and challenging ideas. And at every stage, you’ll stretch the limits of your commercial know-how, building your own expertise.
What you’ll do
- Lead relationships with tech/telecoms clients, acting as a consultant and building business
- Promote the integrity of client proposals, spotting opportunities to sell and cross-sell
- Monitor project costs and budgets, and boost profitability
- Work with your team and suppliers to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality and efficiency
- Get the best out of your people by making sure they’re well-trained, have clear objectives, are well-informed and are recognized for their performance
What you’ll be
- Technologically informed – you’ll have a proven marketing-related record with a technology or telecoms company or have acted as a consultant for one at a board level
- Knowledgeable about market research – ideally you’ll have a relevant degree – and about business
- A proven team manager who knows how to coach, lead by example and empower others
- Confident and skilled at selling, negotiating and influencing
