Account Manager




Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing as well as potential new clients
  • Determine and understand clients’ needs through a consultative selling approach
  • Generate sales revenue in line with the organization objectives and goals
  • Build strong customer relationships with all assigned Key Accounts
  • Identify reciprocal businesses and areas of cooperation whenever there are opportunities
  • Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop markets from the above listed sectors
  • Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospect
  • Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threat

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales experience within a consultative sales environment
  • Working experiences in any of the above industries would be preferred
  • Proven hunting abilities for new accounts and outstanding track record in account management
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and write proposals based on client requirements
  • Highly motivated individuals to augment our aggressive growth plans
  • Possess drive and perseverance to ensure all opportunities are uncovered and pursued
  • An excellent communicator; articulate and persuasive, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and an unyielding drive to succeed in an international selling environment
  • Must be bilingual in English & Japanese
  • Native Japanese are strongly encouraged to apply
