Account Manager – Retail

Our Retail Services team is looking for an experienced Account Manager, who displays both strong analytical and client servicing skills, to work across different client accounts. Your motto must be to achieve the highest quality client servicing as that is what we value most: our clients. 
Your responsibilities in this role will consist of developing and maintaining strong client relationships; analysing, interpreting and presenting detailed market data; and strategic planning and research development for assigned product categories.
To be successful in this position you must be highly client-focused, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the ability to react and adapt quickly to changing business needs. 

​The person we are looking for will have at least 3 years of experience working in a client servicing and analytical role, and can demonstrate the following attributes: 

• solid analytical skills to convert findings into strategic insights;

• confident presenter;

• keen attention to detail;

• commitment to learning and development.

You’ll also love working as part of an energetic team, have strong planning and organisational skills and are able to manage multiple tasks in order to meet strict deadlines.
